El proyecto eXe ha sido desarrollado como una aplicaci\u00f3n autorizada de c\u00f3digo abierto, disponible gratuitamente, para ayudar a los profesores y acad\u00e9micos en la publicaci\u00f3n de contenidos web sin necesidad de una experiencia previa con HTML\u00a0o XML.\u00a0 Los recursos generados por eXe pueden exportarse a IMS Content Package, SCORM 1.2, o IMS Common Cartridge formats\u00a0o como simples p\u00e1ginas web autocontenidas.\u00a0\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"line862\">eXe is currently supported by <a class=\"http\" href=\"http:\/\/core-ed.net\/\">CORE Education<\/a>, a New Zealand-based not-for-profit educational research and development organisation. eXe grew out of the <a class=\"http\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tec.govt.nz\/\">New Zealand Government Tertiary Education Commission&#8217;s<\/a> eCollaboration Fund and was led by the <a class=\"http\" href=\"http:\/\/www.auckland.ac.nz\/\">University of Auckland<\/a>, <a class=\"http\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aut.ac.nz\/\">The Auckland University of Technology<\/a>, and <a class=\"http\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tairawhiti.ac.nz\/\">Tairawhiti Polytechnic<\/a>. It has also been greatly assisted by a global group of participants and contributors.<\/p>\n<p>eXe was named a finalist in the New Zealand round of the <a class=\"http\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imsglobal.org\/learningimpact2008\/awards.html\">IMS Global Learning Impact Awards 2008<\/a> and went on to claim a Leadership Award at the international judging.
